THE INTELLIGENCE ARC

Circular Ecosystems works through three layers, in sequence: reveal what is actually in the system, shape a plan that survives scrutiny from boards, regulators and funders, then monitor what was committed so the plan does not drift from what was delivered.

The first layer analyses the interactions between businesses, infrastructure, energy, water, materials and supply chains across an entire precinct or region, rather than focusing on a single organisation. It identifies industrial symbiosis opportunities, resource-sharing potential, supply chain vulnerabilities and infrastructure dependencies, and supports the provenance tracking, carrying capacity assessment and regulatory reporting obligations that come with operating inside a shared system.

The second layer turns that analysis into the governance, sequencing and capital architecture a precinct or corridor actually needs to stand up to questioning.

The third layer keeps watch on the live system once commitments are made, so drift from the original plan gets caught early rather than two years and one stranded asset later.

Whether supporting a precinct masterplan, regional development strategy or major infrastructure project, Circular Ecosystems helps stakeholders make better-informed decisions, reduce risk and unlock opportunities that may otherwise remain hidden.

About Us

Circular Ecosystems models the whole system before capital commits, so funding for industrial precincts and regional corridors lands in the right order.

Circular Ecosystems operationalises the decision and stays through delivery, rather than handing over a report and leaving.

ABOUT US

Circular Ecosystems is a decision intelligence firm headquartered in Perth, working across Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and with state, federal and international government bodies including the World Economic Forum and the International Energy Agency.

Industrial precincts, regional economies and major projects are made up of hundreds of interconnected parts. Businesses, infrastructure, utilities, resources, supply chains and communities all influence one another, yet many decisions are still made in isolation.

Circular Ecosystems was built from work at the Kwinana Industrial Area, where the firm found that the barrier to precinct scale value was never technology. It was governance, and the absence of anyone with the mandate to sequence the decisions that precincts depend on. That lesson shaped the Intelligence Arc (see below) , and it now travels with the firm into every region it works in.

The team works with government agencies, industrial operators, industry groups, regional development organisations and major project proponents seeking a clearer understanding of the relationships, dependencies and opportunities that exist across an entire region or industrial ecosystem.

Whether supporting a precinct masterplan, regional development strategy or major infrastructure project, Circular Ecosystems helps stakeholders make better-informed decisions, reduce risk and unlock opportunities that may otherwise remain hidden.
